1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Scholactor's assessments, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account, whether created via Google sign-in or an institutional access code.
3. Payments and access codes
Paid assessments and institutional access codes grant a single attempt per assessment. Fees, where applicable, are processed by our payment provider and are generally non-refundable once an assessment has been started.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your identity, attempt to access another student's results, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
